About the conference

The Personal Injuries Resolution Board Act commencement of the provisions of the Act took effect on 13 February 2023. In this conference will look at the impact of the changes and how it has impacted those in the personal injury sector and look at some of the recent cases gone through the court, the area of costs, mediation, psychological trauma evaluation and much more.
